Kadence Importer Plugin Conflict

Hi!
Mailchimp finally created an integration for woocommerce (*Login to see link
I was unable to activate the plugin until i disabled the Kadence Importer plugin.
The conflict caused the whole wp-admin end to be blank white.
I currently have the Kadence Importer disable on my site. Not sure if I need it or if I will need it in the future, but perhaps the conflict can be resolved now.
