Cyclone Slider Pro "Inactive" and not showing up in "Appearance -> Home Slider"

Hello to everyone who is reading this.
I am sure I am missing something, but after searching for a solution for 2 days with no luck, I need to ask the support forum.

I have installed the Virtue Premium theme without any problems.
Then I went to Appearance-> Getting Started-> Theme Plugins and installed everything there.

The problem I now have is that the Cyclone Slider Pro is Inactive when I check it in Appearance-> Getting Started-> Recomended Plugins, while it’s installed and Activated.
For the Kadence team: Recomended is a typo.

I see Cyclone Slider Pro being activated in my Plugins list and can also see it on the left of my screen.
I can also Add Slideshow.

When I click on “Add Slideshow” and then on “Templates”, I can only see the Vimeo and Custom HTML icons under ‘Supported Slides’.
The other icons are just squares.

I created a simple slide show to test some things, but when I go to “Theme Options-> Home Slider” there is no “Cyclone Slider” to select.
I can only use the “Shortcode Entry” to paste the shortcode I have to enable the Cyclone Slideshow.

1) Can somebody please help me to fix the missing Icons and bring back the Cyclone Slider selection under “Theme Options-> Home Slider”

2) I also want to know why it’s saying that it’s Inactive under “Appearance-> Getting Started-> Recomended Plugins”
