Problem with checkout and 404 page

Hi,
I have a problem with the customer not being directed to the Thank you page. After you click “Place order”, it takes forever to load and eventually ends up on the 404 page. Also, I have enabled debug modus and on the 404 page it says “Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/lib/template_hooks/page.php on line 47”. I got this problem after having installed the SEO Framework plugin, but when I deactivated it, I am still getting the Notice-message on the 404 page.
Also, on another website I have I am also using the SEO framework and no other plugins w/o any problems.
