Custom Carousel Title Below

I would like to show the titles under each custom carousel on the home page as a hover instead of a fixed title.
It was possible to do that as a portfolio but am unable to do it under custom carousel which works better for my links and pages. Any sugestions?
Basically like how it in on demo style 3.
