Home page slider header transparent on home page?

Hi,
There may be a setting for this but I haven’t discovered it yet.
I love the action and layout of the kadence pro slider as it is on the homepage currently at http://185.123.99.153/~nfmarque/
However, with some photos the header menu disappears due to colour conflicts.
I know I can make the menu solid by turning off the setting “Place behind Header. This enabled the transparent header on the home page.” but this seems to push the whole slider down. Is there anyway to put a colour opacity over the header on the homepage in a grey / navy colour with opacity to keep some transparency but show up the white font. Or is if that’s not possible what’s the way to stop the kadence pro slider being pushed down or what are the settings to add to the slider to make it act in the same way once the “place behind header” setting is off?
