PHP request errors make page go down w. 500, 503 etc.

There are hundreds of hundred request stressing our webhost/server.
There are hundred, several each minute requests that affects our page in a critical way, it’s slow and it even crash.
The host say due to massive request to a PHP file page will go down after a number of times the request is done.
The request is running several times per hour, even upp to 2 per 10 min etc.
Can u plz asap take a look at this.
Debuglog is filled this this line:
