stock not updating

Good morning-

I’ve looked everywhere I can think of but can’t find what I am doing wrong.
I have 1 variable product and then I enabled stock control for 3 simple products.


I’ve done multiple test sales and even did some actual sales using my credit card. The stock does not seem to be updating.
Any help directing me to somewhere to look or test is appreciated.
