Adding Mail Sign Up Form Shortcode at the end of Posts

I have the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin:

This plugin lets me build an email signup form and gives me shortcode to add to my site.
Shortcode example – [mc4wp_form id=”434″]
My question is how I could add this shortcode to the end of all of my blogposts (but before the comments section)?
I realize I could manually add it to every post but is there a way to add css or some kind of code so that a particular form is placed at the end of every blog post?
