Mosaic suffix gets filtered by Adblock easylist

Hi everybody,
I ran into a little issue with the Mosaic gallery and Adblock. Adblock has various lists with strings on which basis they filter out images.
If I add an image to the gallery and it happens to get the 300×600 resolution then it gets blocked. Even though it is not an ad.
Is there a way to prevent the theme and wordpress to add this suffix or modify it?
Btw the issue does not occur on every browser. E.g. Safari is fine because it loads a different image. But Chrome loads the -300×600 image.
