Products not inline?

Hi Ben,
Please view this page and I need help on a few things.

1. Take a look at the products and you will see that about 1/2 way down the products are not inline, this is an issue with all the shop pages.
2. I see a box for grid and list view, how do I get that not to display? The list view option is not working anyway so I just want to remove it.
3. this is about the call to action in the page builder, can that background image be changed?
