Page titles of posts & Topbar typography

Hi.

1. I would like to remove the page titles from my page http://www.gatviususitikimai.lt from pages ‘Apie’ and ‘Zemelapis’ (which you can open from the topbar meniu).
But I would still like to keep page titles on the opened pages of the blog posts.
How should I do it?

2. Also, I would like to adjust the typography of the topbar meniu: make the font size bigger and change the colour. But I cannot find where should I do it. Can you tell me how to do it?
