h3 titles on mobile devices

I have set some h3 titles on the Home and About pages of this site *Login to see link with an orange overline and underline, achieved by increasing the line-height to 70px and adding a top and bottom border. The problem is on a mobile screen the titles split into 2 lines with a large gap between them due to the line-height.
I have tried to target these h3 titles using css `@media (max-width: 767px){etc {font-sixe:16px;line-height:25px}} but I can’t seem to find the right code.
Any help greatly appreciated
