No Navigation for Latest Posts On Mobile

Hi there,
My site is built on Virtue Premium (great theme, thank you!). Its at mytrojan.co. I notice on mobile that the ‘Latest News’ (my post carousel) on my home page has no navigation – that is no little arrows that allow the user scroll through the latest blog posts. Such arrows are visible on the top right of the post carousel in the desktop version of the site. How do I add some way for users to scroll through the post carousel on mobile?
