Buddypress member profile redirects

I have a few users on the Buddypress system that when you attempt to view their profile:
*Login to see link (IT WORKS AS EXPECTED AND SHOWS THIER PROFILE)
**But** when a user matches someone in the STAFF section, it redirects to the staff page:
*Login to see link redirects to *Login to see link
Is there a way to prevent the redirection that match staff members?
