Hide Page Title From Browser Window/Tab

Hi,
The website I am working on is http://www.mobilecommunitynetwork.com
What I would like to achieve is to hide the page title in the browser tab.
So now it says for example ‘Home – Mobile Community Network’; I would like to have it saying ‘Mobile Community Network’ and nothing else.
Just leaving the title space empty leaves me with ‘- Mobile Community Network’, which is also not exactly what I’m going for.
Any thoughts?
