Android – spacing between headers and mobile menu

Hi, when accessing the nzexpo.co.nz site from an android mobile phone, there is significant spacing between the header/subheader and the menu.
When trying to replicate from chrome on a laptop by making the screen similar width, the spacing is not there.
Similar applies to the spacing with the footer.
Any suggestion how to fix this for mobile access?
