Header background image looks opaque

Hey guys! I have an image as the background for each page title on all of my pages (except the home, which has a slider). For some reason, the page title background looks opaque… the image is not clear/sharp. I’ve tried making changes in the ‘advanced styling’ tab as well as playing around w/ the settings on each individual page, but nothing seems to work! Please advise…
