Gallery Not Working

Hi there (Kerry here not Graham) I was working on the site making some changes and I wanted to change the way images were displayed, initially images were showing but when clicked on they opened twice. Now images are just showing a broken placeholder image. I don’t believe I have changed any settings that would have caused it. Am I doing something wrong or is it a nextgen issue?
