Hello,

I want to place a semitransparent png file over a featured image in case it leads to a video. There are some plugins that promise to do that for you, but they don’t seem to work (e.g. Featured Video Plus). I do get a thumbnail image from the video, but I won’t get the play button to show the visitor: this is a video!

So I tried several things like using different plugins or trying to adjust the CSS for the excerpt image. Maybe I got the wrong div-class, I used: img.iconhover.post-excerpt-image

Can anyone point me into the right direction please?
