Primary navigation menu disappears

Hello Ben,

since latest theme update I got a problem with main menu. Whatever update I made in the website the primary menu deactivate itself and I have to set again.
I tried to deactivate latest plugin installed but nothing and also I cannot add any Post Category to the menu that it never save it.

1- I add a post category, I save and the primary navigation tick is deactivated and the category added again disappeared from menu tree.
2- I tick on the primary navigation and click save, it works.
3- I add a post to menu tree and when I save the tick boxis again empty and menu disappeared.

I tried with 3 browser and restarted 4 times the pc, I also deactivated mqTranslate without success.
It happens since 2.4.5
Can you check it. You have my admin access data.
