Desktop menu on mobile in Two lines

Hi there,
On Mobile phones, I want to display logo on the top and desktop menu underneath the logo. I disappeared the hamburger mobile menu using the below mentioned CSS but am unable to bring the logo on the top and the menu underneath to it. Please guide.
