Top Bar Breaking Header

Hello,
I’m trying to add a Top Bar to my website, but every time I turn it on it seems to break the header.
My logo is aligned left, not centered, did know if this made a difference. I’m just trying to add a few social icons and a text widget in the space provided by the top bar.
This has been happening since I purchased the theme, but it’s never been a big deal, so I just kept it off. I’m just trying again to add it in.
Please advise what might be causing this issue.
