Problems editing page, updating WordPress and Virtue Theme

Hi there,
I found it that I could’t switch to “visual”, nor updating any media into my website pages. Therefore I checked and I could not find any way to update WordPress nor the theme (now my WP version is 4.2.2 and Virtue Premium is 3.0.8): there are no Update buttons, and it said that it is already updated to “the latest version of WordPress” which is not true.
Where could be the problem and how to resolve it?
