Product Categories Slider not working

Not sure if this comes under the virtue forum as it’s a woocommerce issue.
I am trying to add a slider to the various categories on the category/shop page
Whilst I can add thumb image ok, When I Add slider shortcode nothing shows
up on page ( I have tried both Cyclone and Revolution slider short codes)
- The forum ‘Virtue Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
