Ultimate Member plugin conflict

When I activate the “Ultimate Member”-plugin, I have a problem when I try to add pinnacle shortcodes. When I click the button “Pinnacle shortcodes” (while editing a page), the dropdown-menu “Choose a shortcode” stays empty. The “Redux Framework”-plugin is installed and activated.
When I deactivate the “Ultimate Member”-plugin, the problem is solved.
Is this a known problem and can I solve it by making changes to the plugin settings ?
