Responsive issue – Layout problem when resizing

Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue on my test environment at *Login to see link . I updated both wordpress and the theme but now my layout gets messed up when I resize the browser window. As soon as I refresh the page the layout jumps back into position, so the issue only occurs when I change the window size.
On my homepage I have a ‘recent projects’ block that shows the two most recent projects. When I resize the window the block starts to overlap the block below it.
Could you let me know how to solve this? I’m afraid I will experience the same issue as soon as I update the live site.
