"Locked" options on KT Simple Share?

Hi there.
I was hoping to make use of the KT Simple Share plugin a client Site (nb. it doesn’t use a Kadence Theme, but thought that wasn’t mandatory for that plugin to work?).
Anyway, on Appearance > KT Share some of the options are “locked” and won’t change (?)
Ah, also the ones that DO seem “lit up” (available) also won’t toggle or change??
The options affected are: Enable for Blog posts? / Enable for Pages? / Enable for Portfolio posts? and Enable for Products?
Two of these are “greyed out” – and the other two *seem* visually ok – but then can’t be toggled on or off!
Any ideas?
