Black Bar At Top

Hi there, Kadence team,
One of my websites, located at *Login to see link , has suddenly started to display a black bar at the top of the site inviting visitors to log into WordPress. Here is a screenshot: *Login to see link
None of my other websites are doing this, even though they are using the same Virtue template, same hosting, same browsers, etc.
That includes the site located at *Login to see link

I have gone into the theme options for the first site with the black bar at the top, and tried to turn off everything in theme options > topbar settings that might be causing this, and I’ve also looked through all the other sections in theme options to see if there is a hidden setting causing this, but I can’t find it.
Do you know what is going on, or how to fix it?
