probleme of display my virtue premium site since the new update 2017 of WP

Hi I just went to see that my website don’t display my content . the dashboard WP indicate that I must enter my API key .
So i connect to my kandence account. I found a API key . I copy and paste in the WP dashbord with my email
but the web page is still not displayed.
the WP has been automatically updatde some days before ..
All my extensions has been updated . Can you please tell me what’s the problem
As it’s a professional web site can you try to consider this demand as an emergency
