Moving to another Domain name

Hello, I have a subscription for virtue theme, on a domain, presently the domain name is inactive and i do not know when i will be bringing it up soon. Presently i have another site that i am working on, I want to know if i could transfer the license key and subscription from the none active site to the active site.
