Using demo content without page builder

Good Morning!

I have recently downloaded the demo content to a test site. All works great when I have all the recommended plugins installed.

I prefer not to use page builder but when I deactivate page builder the demo content gets all jumbled up. Is there a way to achieve the demo content layout without the use of page builder?
