Mobile Image Menu Padding

I’m using the image menu on my homepage with 4 items. It looks fine on computer screens and seems to be spacing correctly there. However, on mobile devices and tablet, it’s not spacing them correctly. The homepage URL is: *Login to see link
On tablets when viewing the site vertically, instead of bumping image menu items into two rows with space in between each icon, it’s doing this:
And similarly on smaller mobile devices, it’s putting them in a single column, whichI believe it should, but there is no padding in between each icon so it looks really crowded, and one of the images (the our staff icon) is appearing smaller than the others, even though the image files are all the same size.
