URLs for Portfolio Types?

Hi Ben,
On my home page I just want to have some of the icon menu buttons linking to particular portfolio types, but I can’t find out how to get the URL.

So scroll down to the middle and where it says “Watercolour” “Geometrics” and “Florals”, a visitor could click and get to those portfolio types somehow…
I know you can have these as pages so it must be possible!
