Virture Premium Demo 2 Menu Layout

Can someone give me a short guide on how to replicate the menu layout on *Login to see link ?
It has the Logo in the middle with menu items to each side.
I cant seem to replicate that layout via the Theme options in admin.
Also. Had can I disable the default data-animation=”fade-in” animation on elements without editing the templates? (Content on my home page is fading in)?
