One Slider Image

Is it possible to have just one image at the top of the page – rather then a slider that wants to change. I have an image I would like to be static at the top of the page and I would like to get rid of the two arrows on either side and the circle of dots going around (pause time). Is it possible to just have a static image on my homepage? – *Login to see link
