topbar transparency

Hi all,
Site: hup.o-zen.de
I’m forced to use a centered Logo, but the site also has a small shop so i’m left without minicart 🙁
… this would be nice to have in some future update
I can design around it by using a transparent topbar, BUT
when i scroll down the white of the header is “covering” the topbar, making it white.
Is there a way to leave the topbar transparent at all times ?
