Why won't my Cyclone and Revolution sliders install?

Hi Ben and colleagues

I’m sure I’m just overseeing something really simple here but….

I recently installed your Virtue theme into a second website of mine which has gone in fine except I can’t seem to install either the Cyclone or Revolution sliders….and get the following messages (see below) It would seem to suggest that I already have them installed but not activated and yet I cannot see them anywhere under the Plug-in section on the dashboard??? (The Kadence slider is in there fine) Your help very much appreciated. Big thanks in advance.

Cyclone slider info:-

Downloading install package from *Login to see link
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/ga/li/le/galileosolutions.co.uk/public_html/suechapmanphotography/wp-content/plugins/cyclone-slider-pro/
Plugin install failed.

Revolutions Slider info:-
