Menu dissappearing in Tablet

Hi I have a site that I have customised a bit and the menu keeps dissapearing in the tablet view.

It is showing in mobile as the three bars and then as per normal in the desktop version. But as I minimise the desktop version it dissappears for a bit before reappearing.

Would you please be able to have a look for me? I’m stumped as to why?
