API licence key not working (like others)

We use Virtue Premium for an Intranet site. No access from the Internet. I updated to Version: 3.9.7 this morning. The API Key and API email address from my account are not being accepted.

Even though I am simply doing a copy/paste of the infomation on I get “Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.”
