Can't edit on Siteorigin page builder

I have just tried everything that site origin suggested trying to fix it, but nothing has worked. I’ve deactivated all plugins. I’ve switched themes. emptied caches. deactivated and reactivated plugin. I edit the post, but edits do not appear when viewing the post. Is this possibly a WordPress issue or is it a Kadence one? I’m at a loss as to what to do. Perhaps use a different page builder?
