Two Columns When Viewed with Smartphone

I have a page at *Login to see link where six icon widgets are in line on one column. When you view the page with a smartphone, all of the icons form one column, but I would prefer to have them form two columns (Save Water, would be next to Rebates, etc.). I tried to enter Bootstrap classes to make the change but it did not work. Any advice for how I can change this? Thanks!
