Portfolio Items on Home Page

I’m trying to figure out how to keep the images from the individual Portfolio pages from cropping on the Home page. The Portfolio page displays them correctly, but the Home Page crops them. Is there a way to prevent it from cropping on the Home page and size them based on set dimensions?
