Split menu styling and menu issues

Good afternoon,
We have setup a site with centred logo and menus on the side but have run into some issues I was hoping you could help with.
I’ll include login details in a new reply so you can see but I’ll list what we are trying to achieve below including the issues we’re having:
Larger logo – Currently very small
Menu items are aligning towards the logo on both side.
Small down arrow indicating sub nav is completely detached from menu item with a large gap between them.
4 column mega menu drops down ok but is indented to the right outside of the box view area.
We have successfully tried a similar design on another site in the past which Ben kindly helped me with but transferring the CSS hasn’t worked like I had hoped.
