Anchor Text Issues

I am trying to use anchor text in the “Order Now” button on my Rev Slider to smoothly scroll further down the page. I followed the instructions offered by the ThemePunch authors found on this page: *Login to see link However, the button didn’t work correctly, so I decided to do some testing in the body of the page to see what was going on.
I then created a link in Page Builder that was supposed to correspond to a section further down the page but that didn’t work either. I followed the instructions found on this page: *Login to see link Am I missing an obvious step? I’d really like the anchor tag to work in my Revolution Slider (this is a key component for the website). The website I am currently working on is *Login to see link Any help would be greatly appreciated.
