Changing style of some headers

Hello everybody,
how can I change the style of some headers?
Especially I would like to change the h-style of the .home-icon-item from h4 to h3 and the hometitle from h3 to h2. And also the title of an image menu.
I was just using h1, h4 and h5 and missed to use h2 and h3 which am changing right now due to SEO-optimization.
