There was a problem with your action

Dear all,

try to find an answer to my problem but…uh uh

Shortly

After installing on wp 4.7.3. Ascend pro, I try to customize, but when I try to save there comes a message “There was a problem with your action….”

Things that I try;
– deactivate all plugins
– add line in .htacess
php_value memory_limit 256M
-add line in wp-config.php
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

I try also (situation no.5 but I cant find where is max php vars.

I contact the host company and describe what is my problem and that I cant access to php.ini (I read that maybe add a line” memory_limit = 256M) to fix. So the company ask me what action or changes they need to do.

At that point realize that I just guessing the cause of my problem.

Please, put me on the right path.
