Image menu shortcode

Hey,
I have some questions regarding the image menu shortcode. I have added a few of these but somehow it is messing up whatever I put underneath it. I have double checked the shortcodes and there does not seem to be any errors, could you tell me what’s going on there?
Also, please let me know
1) how to align the images with the dividers on the very left and right(no padding), and
2) how I can still keep the transition ease in for the hover effect (I have added a different background image on hover and somehow it removed the ease in)
