Mobile CSS for Gallery

I would like to change the mobile and tablet view for my *Login to see link and for the gallery images shown on my home page to show the images in 1 column instead of 2. I have three images that look good on desktop, but on mobile view it has 2 images and then 1 below so it looks unbalanced. I’d rather just have one on top of the other.
Also on mobile, you can’t see the title of the gallery until after you click it. Is there a way to make the title show by default only on mobile and tablet view so people know what they are trying to look at?
