No menu between 991 and 767 pixels

Hello,
I am experiencing a strange behavior on site terebeard.com. It appears that between 991 pixels and 767 pixels, the secondary menu hides (expected) but the mobile menu does not show. Once the screen is 767 and below, the mobile menu shows correctly. It almost looks like the mobile menu is getting hidden behind the header slider but I can’t figure out why. Maybe the offset on the head slider?
