Issue with homepage error

Hi,
I updated to the latest theme including plugins and I have an error on my homepage:

I contacted my ISP and they rolled my installation back and i have played as well with no avail.
Is this error something you can look at. My website is touchwoodproducts.co.uk and my wordpress installation is slightly different: touchwoodproducts.co.uk/dir
My home page and wordpress admin login do not work.
